FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, in particular to confectionary products. The machine for confectionary product production includes a collector with multiple jump-over tubes and an output aperture on the output surface of the collector and a dispensing operating element having an aperture and designed so that to enable flexible contact interaction with the output surface and placing the aperture in a position of hydrodynamic communication with the output aperture of each jump-over tube for further dispensation of doses of each elastic confectionary material with further formation of an integral confectionary product. The confectionary product production method is implemented by way of the proposed machine usage.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to produce multiphase confectionary products.
