It presents parenteral and oral pharmaceutical compositions of an organic concentrate, containing 2-amino-2-[2-(4-octyl phenyl)ethyl]propane-1,3-diol compound or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt or FTY720-phosphate in an organic or semiaquatic solvent. Also there are offered pharmaceutical solutions and pharmaceutical kits comprising said pharmaceutical compositions, methods for preparing a parenteral or oral pharmaceutical composition, methods for prevention of crystallisation of 2-amino-1,3-propanediol compound or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, and also methods for introduction of 2-amino-1,3-propanediol compound and or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt for inhibition of transplant rejection, autoimmune or allergic diseases in a patient requiring such treatment.

EFFECT: implementation of said subject-matters with the use in the concentrate of the organic solvent propylene glycol or mixed propylene glycol and ethanol allows avoiding compound crystallisation in storage.
