FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: raw mix contains the following components, wt %: domestic and industrial wastes of polyethylene 25-30, granulated blast-furnace slag with size of 1-3 mm 25-30, granulated blast-furnace slag with size of 0-1 mm 15-20, pit sand - waste of iron ore dressing - balance. Method includes laying raw mix in mould, its compaction and heating. Layer of mix heated below binder melt temperature is laid in mould, reinforcement net of high-strength threads is laid over, the second layer of mixture is applied and exposed to hot pressing.

EFFECT: reduced duration of sheets manufacturing, exclusion of carcinogenic substance - asbestos and expensive low-quality binder - cement from mix composition, substitution of deficit cement with domestic and industrial wastes of polyethylene, increased flexural strength.
