FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: plate of driven chain has dumb-bell shaped cross section. A profile of the central part of the dumb-bell figure on both opposite parts relative to lengthwise axis is smoothly conjugated with half-circumferences of profiles arranged opposite to crosswise axis of the dumb-bell figure profile. The profile of the central part of the dumb-bell figure is smoothly tapered from half-circumferences to centre relative to lengthwise axis. In the plate there are made two orifices in the zone of half-circumferences of the dumb-bell figure profile on its lengthwise axis. One slit communicating with one orifice and facing its centre is made along lengthwise axis of the plate. The second orifice is free from the slit and has less diametre, than diametre of the orifice with the slit.
EFFECT: increased service life, draft force and speed.
