FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: in method of estimation of efficiency of chronic generalised periodontitis treatment mouth fluid is sampled from patient in amount 2 ml, spectrometric analysis of said sample is carried out before beginning of treatment and on eleventh day from treatment beginning. Mouth fluid is analysed on spectrometre in ultraviolet region, maximums of absorption at wavelengths, respectively 230-245 nm and 288-290 nm are determined (characterise expression of destructive-inflammatory process in periodontium tissues and permeability of hematosalivary barrier). After that data are compared with data of absorption at wavelengths 230-245 nm and 288-290 nm in clinically healthy people of 0(I)-AB(IV) blood group in ABO system, and by decrease of absorption maximums at wavelengths 230-245 nm and 288-290 nm in patient in comparison with data of absorption at wavelengths 230-245 nm and 288-290 nm in control in clinically healthy people of 0(I)-AB(IV) blood group, conclusion about treatment efficiency is made.
EFFECT: increase of treatment efficiency.
