SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used to produce high-quality biologically active supplement (BAS) used for direct consumption as a preventive measure or for development of functional food products. BAS to food having antiradiation properties consists of fermented powders of black baikhovi tea, ginseng root and rose hips dried down to 18-20% of moisture, at the following ratio of components, wt %: powder of black baikhovi tea 5-15, powder of ginseng root 25-30 and powder of rose hips - balance.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce BAS to food with high activity of antiradiation properties.
