SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used to produce high-quality biologically active supplement (BAS) used for direct consumption as a preventive measure or for development of functional food products. BAS to food consists of fermented powders of black baikhovi tea, ginseng root and rose hips dried down to 18-20% of moisture, at the following ratio of components, wt %: powder of black baikhovi tea 5-15, powder of ginseng root 25-30 and powder of rose hips - balance.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce BAS to food with high physiological activity.
