SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to dental implantology and can be used for implantation and build-up of an implant system. The dental implant system comprises a dental implant and at least one element of a suprastructure which can be fastened to a crown face of the implant. The implant comprises a crown in the form of a cylinder or in the form of a truncated cone tapered to a crown edge characterised by symmetry of rotation in a horizontal plane of the implant. The crown comprises a peripheral surface supplied with osteointegration stimulation aids and adjoins an apical part of the implant steplessly. The element of the suprastructure contains an apical sleeve. The element of the suprastructure and the crown of the implant are adjusted to each other to place the sleeve over the crown of the implant as a cap. The element of the suprastructure and the implant comprise retainers for the specified relative angular position in a horizontal plane. A sleeve edge line lays against the peripheral surface of the crown of the implant and forms a microgap which has an angular position in the horizontal plane depending on the specified sleeve length or the specified angular position of the element of the suprastructure in the horizontal plane relative to the implant.
