FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: dental implant has adjoining on its longitudinal axis (L) at least one endossal part (2) fixed in a bone, a pass-through part (3) and a coronal part (4) with a retention pin (5). The endossal part (2) forms at least three threaded pieces (2.1-2.3) following towards the longitudinal axis (L), namely the apical piece (2.1), the alveolar piece (2.2) and the coronal piece (2.3). The apical piece (2.1) forms the end of the endossal part (2). On the apical piece (2.1) and on the coronal piece (2.3), a core of the implant body has a section increasing at least on one its axis towards the coronal part (4), and basically, has a constant section on the intermediate alveolar piece (2.2). The vertexes of thread coils are arranged on a common envelope (8) that covers the longitudinal axis (L) and at the interface of the coronal piece (2.3) and the alveolar piece (2.2) and/or at the interface between the alveolar piece (2.2) and the apical piece (2.1), and/or on the alveolar piece (2.2), has the greatest distance from the core of the implant body. At least one threaded piece is provided with a rough surface (29) in addition to the thread (26). The roughness depth decreases as the distance from (3) the ends spaced from the pass-through part increases. The group of inventions contains the second version of the implant.
