FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and aims at endosseous dental implantation. It involves making a one-piece endosseous dental implant comprising a rod to be fixed in a dental tissue, and a pin to fasten a coronal portion. The pin is made so that to provide on its external surface at least three segments adjoining along a longitudinal axis. An indent embracing the pin passing to the rod represents a wave-like hollow chamfer.
EFFECT: method provides higher fixation quality of the implant in a bone tissue, uniform distribution of masticating pressure upon the bone tissue, conditions for favourable adaptation to perception of axial and bending efforts on the implant pin.
