SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and can be used for the postoperative care of the patients requiring a periodic body tilting. A functional bed consists of three horizontal sections and comprises bolts and clamps mounted for diverse relocations. A middle section can be adjusted in any geometric position by a handle of a screw elevating mechanism. On the periphery of the middle section, there are fastening bolts for the patient's repositioning.
EFFECT: screw assembly of the elevating mechanism does not require additional fixation details and automatic locking of bed position is ensured at any grade.
