SUBSTANCE: method for making a pharmaceutical composition in the form of a lozenge involves: (a) the preparation of a liquid composition including salt of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (salt of NSAID) and system of solvents, (b) the preparation of a fused composition to mould a lozenge, (c) mixing of the liquid composition and the fused composition to mould a lozenge, and (d) moulding of the lozenges of the prepared received mixture each containing a therapeutically effective amount of the specified mixture of salt of NSAID/NSAID. The compositions in the form of a lozenge under the invention are applied for treating throat inflammation.

EFFECT: use of salt of NSAID in a lozenge under the invention provides stability of a medicinal agent that allows to be combined with a wide spectrum of additives, including with aromatiSers.
