FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The installation contains pipes joined in series with reinforcement, mashing apparatus, a circulation pump, a shell-and-tube heat exchanger and a delivery pipe with a nozzle. The installation enables circulation of a two-phase water-mash suspension in a loop and heating in the shell-and-tube heat exchanger. The nozzle lies at an angle to the horizontal and the vertical axis of the apparatus for directing the out-flowing jet of suspension at a tangent to the wall of the apparatus. The delivery pipe is made such that the horizontal angle of the nozzle can be changed by turning in a socket joint.
EFFECT: high quality of beer wort.
