FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to mashing wort device used in mini breweries and restaurants. Mashing wort filtering device contains on the support legs a cylindrical housing with a steam jacket, a cover and process nozzles. In the housing there is a filter element, a heating element and a pump. Filter element is made in the form of cylindrical shell with inner lower and outer upper ribs and is installed on axis in housing bottom through sealing gasket. Filters are arranged on ribs. Each filter is made in form of arched disk with slots. On the axis there is a tube with a fixing nut to prevent movement of filters during operation outside the cylindrical shell. Outer side of steam jacket is coated with superfine liquid heat insulation Korund classic. Pump is arranged on outer side of steam jacket for forced circulation of liquid medium flow.

EFFECT: invention ensures achievement of technical result consists in improvement of mashing process efficiency and quality of obtained wort.
