FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: coupling unit of overtile and water-draining pipe is equipped with insert crossing wall of foundation part in overtile, fixed in this wall and arranged in the form of two coaxially arranged pipes forming circular cavity, inner of which, draining one, fully crosses wall of foundation part of overtile, and outer one, being protective, does the same partially. Outer end of each pipe of insert is arranged at the specified distance from wall of foundation part of overtile, and circular cavity is closed with plate rigidly fixed to both pipes and forming bottom of circular cavity in plane of inner end of outer pipe. End of draining pipe is installed inside circular cavity at the specified distance from end of circular cavity and from outer end of overtile, and circular cavities produced within the borders of inserts along both sides from draining pipe, are filled with solid foam, which represents cellular plastic with tightly closed pores.

EFFECT: invention provides for reliability, displacement of draining pipe in all directions, increased flexibility of coupling unit as a whole.
