FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: rotor comprises vertical shaft with the main radial crossbeams, at the ends of which there are blades installed, additional crossbeams installed between main radial crossbeams and peripheral curtains with vertical hinged joints on each blade. Additional crossbeams are connected to curtains by means of flexible links with the possibility of curtain installation along single line with blade at one side of rotor.
EFFECT: reduced counteracting moment of blade directed against the flow and increased movement moment of blade directed along with the flow.
