FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: control valve comprises body with inlet hole, outlet hole and passage for fluid medium. The latter passes through pass-through hole. Drive is installed in control chamber connected to body, and is arranged with the possibility of displacement along axis with range of displacement from open position to closed position. Stop and control element is connected to drive. Insert unit "seat-guides" comprises seat, multiple guides of stop and control element and bushing. Seat is arranged with the possibility of tight installation in pass-through hole and has sealing surface, to which stop and control element adjoins tightly. Multiple guides of stop and control valve are arranged as a whole with seat and stretching from specified seat in direction of control chamber. Bushing is connected or arranged as a whole with specified multiple guides of stop and control element. Bushing is arranged with the possibility of fixation relative to inner surface of control valve so that seat is fixed relative to pass-through opening. Body and control chamber in area of connection form neck. Bushing has fixing unit that opens in radial direction to fix specified insert unit relative to inner surface of specified neck.

EFFECT: possibility of assembly and disassembly of seat without necessity of direct manual access to seat without complication in design and operation of control valve.
