FIELD: valving.

SUBSTANCE: control valve comprises housing with inlet, outlet, and main openings and control member made of piston and connected with the rod. The piston is mounted with a spaced relation with respect to the main opening in the housing for permitting movement. The outer surfaces of the piston and main opening are relief, e.g., are provided with radial ring ribs, or honeycomb, or pins. The rod of the piston is connected with the screw transmission for permitting rotation and reciprocation with respect to the axis. The main opening is provided with screw rib. The inner diameter of the rib is less than that of the main opening. The main opening is conjugated with the screw groove provided in the outer side of the piston. The inner diameter of the groove is less than that of the main opening. The piston is provided with screw rib whose outer diameter is greater than that of the main opening and is conjugated with the screw groove in the main opening whose inner diameter is larger than that of the main opening. The screw ribs and grooves of the main opening, piston, and screw gearing have the same pitch of the screw surface.
