FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: unit of sealing nut for control valve with body and stem comprises gland box (40) designed with the possibility of functional connection to valve body and having the first and second bores and the main canal (66) for insertion of valve stem (38) in it. Dimensions of the first bore (68) are designed for arrangement of gland stuffing (70) of valve in it. The second bore (64) has inner thread. Sealing nut (42) has central hole for insertion of valve stem in it and is equipped with threaded outer surface. The latter is engaged with thread of the second bore of gland box (40). Specified nut has control surface facing the first bore and control head with control holes 62. Gland box (40) is equipped with a pair of cuts 98a and 98b arranged between mount flanges and providing of access to sealing nut. Control holes 62 are arranged with the possibility of access to them through cuts 98a and 98b so that to provide for possibility of sealing nut rotation around central axis between the first and second positions using only one control hole 62 interacting with tool. There is a version of sealing nut design and assembly of sealing nut for control valve.

EFFECT: provision of sealing nut adjustment by means of tool that differs from an ordinary wrench.
