SUBSTANCE: regulating valve includes valve body 112, valve stock and control element. The valve body received stock and contains gland box 128, in which the sealing package 130 is located. The spring-loaded journal box 132 has a hole 133, its dimension ensure stock reception, this spring-loaded journal box contains top part 136, bottom part 138 and thrust surface 140, at that bottom part has size ensuring its passage in the valve head to act on the sealing package applying the first compression force to the sealing package, at that the top part contains thread 144 and top bored hole 146, in which the secondary O-ring 166 is inserted. On the thread of top part of the spring-loaded journal box nut 148 installed such that to create the second compression force applied to the secondary O-ring, and between the fixing flange 160 and thrust surface 140 of the spring-loaded journal box the spring 170 is installed, at that the first compression force does not depend on the second compression force.
