FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: method provides for loading of items into heat-insulated chamber, their blowing with coolant and removal of spent moistened coolant from chamber. Heat for drying of items is produced in a dispersed manner along length of items, blowing of items is carried out as each of them rotates in plane forming cylindrical surface, and moisture released in the form of condensate is drained from chamber in counterflow relative to coolant flow, at the same time condensate is drained through hydraulic lock. Installation comprises heat insulated chamber with facilities for orderly arrangement of items, cover and heat ventilation system for items blowing with coolant. Means for orderly arrangement of items are represented by supports arranged in the form of disks with the possibility of their rotation by support rollers installed on prisms, at the same time at each disk along perimetre there are prismatic slots for installation of items in them, being equipped with facilities for fixation of items.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of drying process.
