SUBSTANCE: recording medium has a first recording layer and a second recording layer, and each recording layer has a pre-marking groove which indicates the position of the track in accordance with the reverse motion of the tracks. The pre-marking groove exhibits modulated wobbling for presenting control information. The entrance part of the pre-marking groove has first control information for the first recording layer and the output part on the second recording layer has second control information which includes recording parametres for the first recording layer.
EFFECT: possibility of recording control information of both layers on a recording medium.
