FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of a layer of electroconductive base (1), a layer of dielectric (2) and electroconductive screening layer made according to a certain topology. Electroconductive screening layer consists of screening platforms (3), separated by a net of slot gaps (5). Net of slot gaps (5) has structure close to orthogonal one, where straight and orthogonal directions are distinguished. In units of slot gaps net (5) there are electroconductive neutral sites (4), which in some cases may be galvanically connected to a layer of electroconductive base (1). Screening platforms (3), neighbouring along each of various directions, are electrically connected to each other and to neutral platform (4) located in between via a quadripole of compensation links (6). Quadripole of compensation links (6) provides for mutual compensation of offset currents passing under action of external electromagnetic field, between one of a pair of screening platforms (3) and neutral platform (4) and between another screening platform (3) and the same neutral platform (4).

EFFECT: improved camouflage properties in wide radiofrequency range with wave lengths from several centimetres to tens of metres with device thickness of not more than 2 millimetres.
