FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: heat-removing base of radio-electronic equipment module is arranged from microporous material with microchannels and is filled with fluid coolant. Microchannels are arranged in heat-eliminating base in two orthogonal directions.
EFFECT: provision of heat removal from all electric radio elements of radio-electronic equipment, functioning under conditions of vacuum, for instance in space, without increasing its mass and energy consumption, and balancing temperature along the whole surface of module, increased efficiency of cooling and increased reliability of design.
