FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device is aimed at temperature stabilisation of mounting surfaces for radioelectronic devices and equipment (RDE), operating reliability and accuracy of actuation of which depends on temperature effects. Thermal stabilisation device of radioelectronic equipment consists of housing with inner cavity divided by means of membrane into two zones, one of which is filled with working agent capable of being molten, and the other one interconnected with capacity of operating cylinder with piston connected to temperature control mechanism is filled with compensating agent, on upper surface of housing between RDE and on lower one between radiator with temperature control device and temperature control mechanism. Hyper heat-conducting plates representing porous structure in the form of micro channels filled with heat carrier with temperature of phase transition "liquid-steam" within the specified temperature range of RDE operation are installed on upper and lower surfaces of the housing.

EFFECT: improving operating reliability of the device and control accuracy of temperature modes.
