FIELD: radio electronics.
SUBSTANCE: used in the design of radio electronic equipment for a spacecraft. The supporting structure of the radio-electronic equipment with built-in heat pipes (HP) is completely manufactured using additive process and has several heat pipes located in parallel. Moreover, each HP has a microporous wick with microchannels filled with liquid coolant and gas channels located along the entire length of the HP. The structural material of the supporting structure can be aluminum, titanium, iron, and copper alloys.
EFFECT: providing redundant cooling of all electrical and radio elements of radio-electronic equipment, without increasing its weight and power consumption, as well as equalizing the temperature over the entire surface of the supporting structure.
