FIELD: medicine, sport.
SUBSTANCE: method of training beginning sportsmen. Invention relates to sport, to methods of training beginning sportsmen - pistol shooters, method can be also applied during initial military training. Method is realised in the following way. Beginning sportsmen at initial stage of training use electronic weapon and electronic target. Right-handed person holds pistol in left hand, left-handed person - in right hand. For two-three weeks, daily, or nearly daily, more than hundred shots are performed, after such preliminary training, training with sports weapon takes place, right-handed shooters shooting with left hand and left-handed shooters shooting with right hand.
EFFECT: improvement of sportsman's shooting performance due to development of fingers and hand of left hand.
