SUBSTANCE: underground storage tank for oil products contains shell with double walls, inner wall of shell and outer wall of shell between which intermediate layer is located. Herewith, intracavity of tank shell and intermediate layer are filled with dividing blast materials. Inside intermediate layer, oil product leak detector is placed. Around tank filling hatch there is bath for oil product spillage prevention. Bottom of this bath communicates with intermediate layer located between walls of tank shell.
EFFECT: invention provides tank safety.
