SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stationary automated devices for sampling oil products and oil from tanks. Disclosed is a stationary sectional sampler for oil and oil products, comprising a movable bearing bar with hinged assemblies installed inside the tank, lower one of which is attached to the tank wall, and the upper one is attached to the float, a sampling pipeline fixed to the tank, the open end of which ends near its bottom, a filling device, at that, at least one sampling pipeline is fixed on the bearing bar, the open end of which ends on the oil or oil product layer, the properties of which must be established, in addition, the sampler contains a control system cabinet, an automated sampling unit, inside of which there is a hydraulic distributor, a pump unit and a storage tank, and on the outer side of the housing of the automated sampling unit there is a support table, a filling device and a filler neck.

EFFECT: invention enables to achieve accuracy and quality of indicators of samples of oil or oil products when sampling point samples, and also provides obtaining a combined sample by mixing point samples in given proportions.
