FIELD: textile, paper.
SUBSTANCE: method includes stabilisation of thin layer of nonwoven fibres into stabilised net; movement of stabilised net in machine direction; and contact of stabilised net with a flow of liquid, which is sent from nozzle under pressure of around 400 pounds per square inch (approximately 2.75 MPa), or more, at least partially along specified machine direction or opposite to it. Fibrous nonwoven structures have drapability more than 4 gm2/g and density of less than 0.08 g/cm3.
EFFECT: materials have properties of high drapability and low density.
