FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to test structures on effect of intensive mechanical loads of oscillating nature. Method involves acceleration of the container with test object (TO) under action of high pressure generated in the acceleration device tube, at simultaneous oscillating action on TO. Vibration action on TO in the first version is formed by rod element accelerated together with container, installed in the acceleration device tube between high pressure source and container close to container. Container and rod element are made from materials with different wave resistances. Oscillation frequency of TO is set equal to frequency of fundamental harmonic of rod element longitudinal oscillation. According to the second version, container is made containing spigot part and tail part extending in the acceleration device tube in the form of rod element, by means of which oscillation impact on TO is carried out. Oscillation frequency of TO is set equal to frequency of fundamental harmonic of container tail part oscillations.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reproducing intense mechanical loads of oscillating nature, acting on TO with implementation in a wide range of required parameters of its acceleration, possibility to control oscillating action on TO, simplifying the design of test equipment and process of testing.
