FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment, in particular to barrel-type ballistic installations for testing artillery shells and their components for resistance to artillery shot loads. Stand contains a base with an accelerating device mounted on it, made in the form of a full-scale artillery gun, with the test item and the braking device. Brake device is equipped with rail guides that fixed on adjustable supports with adjustable elements, at least three, installed evenly against the axis of the stand, inside is placed a container with an inertial mass located along the trajectory of the tested product. Inertial mass consists of individual braking elements, the size is equal to the caliber of the tested product, disposed in accordance with the law of density increase, calculated from the condition of maintaining the valid value of reverse overloads. Stand is equipped with a sliding adapter located between the accelerating and braking devices, and a chopper in the form of a massive stop.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the accuracy of simulating full-scale loads, reducing the reverse and unregulated loads on the tested item when it brakes after firing an artillery gun.
