FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: measuring and computing system of an automated system for testing in construction is used, having a force loading device (mechanical device) which is used in determining parametres of models of materials, with a set of sensors connected to an analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) and a digital-to-analogue converter (DAC), whose outputs are connected through RS-485 and RS-232 interfaces to a digital computer, having software for processing measurement results (data) and controlling force loading. Simultaneous physical tests of specimens of the same material are carried out using an arbitrary number of force loading devices. Tests are carried out with a different form of stress condition and stress paths. Initial values of parametres for selected models of materials are determined. Numerical modelling of the tests is carried out. Numerical modelling results are identified with results of mechanical tests using different models of materials and one optimisation method. The model of material with the best mechanical testing results is selected.
EFFECT: faster testing and higher accuracy of determining parametres of models of materials.
