SUBSTANCE: method for determining and monitoring the bearing capacity of ice rock barriers of mine shafts under construction to regulate the operating parameters of freezing stations, performed using a temperature monitoring system, including placement of a fiber optic cable in control thermal wells and holes, processing and interpretation of data on intramolecular vibrations of the fiber optic lattice of measuring cables, transmission with a specified periodicity in time to the server of measured temperature distributions in frozen and cooled rocks, transmission with a specified periodicity in time to the server of information about the temperature and flow rate of the coolant in the freezing columns, computer processing of the received data and subsequent change in the operating parameters of the freezing stations, while using three-dimensional mathematical model of thermomechanical processes occurring in a frozen rock mass; perform parameterization of a three-dimensional mathematical model based on measurement data of temperature distributions in control thermal wells and boreholes; calculate the actual temperature distribution in frozen and cooled rocks by solving the direct Stefan problem; calculate the maximum bearing capacity of the ice-rock barrier for each rock layer in the freezing interval; compare the maximum load-bearing capacity of the ice barrier with the actual load on the ice barrier, based on the above conclusions, determine the increment in the values of production parameters for controlling the freezing station. A system for implementing said method is also disclosed.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the assessment of the bearing capacity of the latter, optimizing the operating mode of the freezing station, enhancing the safety and energy efficiency of artificial freezing of rocks during the construction of mine shafts in flooded soils and rocks.
