FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in breaker upper and lower terminals are installed in body in two rows, in staggered order, with contacting surfaces of fixed contacts of the first row of upper terminals towards contacting surfaces of fixed contacts of the second row of upper terminals. Arc-quenching chambers in neighbouring poles are arranged as opposite-parallel. Breaker body in depth is divided into two half-bodies and is equipped with intermediate body. Cross beam is arranged as rotary and is equipped with two rotary supports and pole drivers. Reverse traction rods are installed in master bracket. Slave brackets are equipped with additional axles and connecting rods. Pole drivers are hingedly connected to slave brackets by connecting rods, and by reverse connecting rods - to master bracket. Assembly is arranged so that contact holders of any two neighbouring poles may move oppositely and synchronously by movable contacts inside arc-quenching chambers. Besides the first row of upper terminals is fixed in the first half-body, the second row of upper terminals - in the second half-body, and both rows of lower terminals, mechanism, rotary supports and additional axes are mounted in intermediate frame.
EFFECT: reduced dimensions and weight with less heat losses.
