FIELD: electrical engineering, in particular, circuit breakers against short circuits and overloads. SUBSTANCE: device has insulation housing, contains cap and base. Each device pole has stationary contacts. Mobile contacts are mounted on contact holders which are rigidly connected to each other for rotation about shared insulation shaft. In addition device has at least one maximal current breaker, loose release mechanism and arc-quenching chambers. Stationary contact is designed as loop with insulation member inserted between arms of loop and is equipped with groove along its longitudinal axis. This groove carries stiffening rib of housing base. Each of housing walls has inner and outer jambs. Outer jambs are made from more heat-proof material than inner jambs.
