FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: tray consists of two side L-shaped section bars and transverse section bars - crosspieces and provides for connection of board with crosspiece by arrangement of a joint as a result of deformation of board plane and crosspiece lugs plane in the form of rivet (clinch technology). Lower edge of board has additional horizontal flanging, upper edge of tray has rounding provided for application of snap cover. Board and crosspiece have perforation, on board in the form of oval openings, on crosspiece in the form of rectangular holes. Connection of stair trays is done with an overlap by coupling of end part of staircase tray with expanded end part of connected stair tray. Butt joint is possible with application of horizontal connectors. Fixation of trays to walls and ceilings is done with the help of assembly plates and cantilevers.
EFFECT: increased stability of structure and reliability when loading with significant distributed and concentrated loads, increased corrosion resistance of item, reduced number of connection and support parts required for assembly, simplified installation.
