FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions may be used to evaluate physiological muscular values of sportsmen. According to the method, detachable and electrically autonomous measurement device based on triaxial accelerometer is fixed on weight moving in process of the test. Sequence of weight acceleration values is determined in process of the test. At least one value that characterises muscular work defined on the basis of mentioned sequence of acceleration values is demonstrated on device display, at the same time at least one value demonstrated on display contains at least one value proportional to maximum capacity developed by sportsmen in process of the test. Device for method application comprises detachable fixtures, which make it possible to fix the device on the sportsman waist and/or body or on moved weight, autonomous power supply devices, display, triaxial accelerometre for detection of accelerations sequence along axis of weight movement, computer processing means to determine at least one value that characterises muscular work of sportsman and to demonstrate this value on display on the basis of sequence of accelerations in the end of the test.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to increase versatility and impartiality of muscular work evaluation.
