FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: use to determine the value of dynamic load on muscle groups of an athlete during exercise on a weight-block simulator. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that when performing an exercise with a measuring unit installed on a simulator, the force of gravity is measured with a given frequency with reference in time in a digital form and the lifting height of the movable part of the load block in order to process the obtained data and determine the path, speed, acceleration, weight of the movable part of the load block during movement; determining the path, speed, acceleration of the output elements mechanically connected to the movable part of the load block, as well as the forces created by the athlete on the output elements of the simulator to ensure the achievement of the measured results of the movable part of the load block, and knowing the performed exercise, determining the loaded muscles; measurement results are stored in a database for processing in an application created for this purpose.
EFFECT: enabling determination of dynamic load on sportsman's muscle groups during exercise on weight-block simulator.
