FIELD: sports medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied to improve physical performance of athletes in many sports, including games - football, hockey, basketball, volleyball, etc., as well as in physiotherapy exercises. For this, pairs of athletes of the same age and the same height, weight, arm length, leg length, shoulder width, chest circumference are selected. Couples perform a set of exercises, which includes: power exercises, when the athletes hold the tape in the area of the red marks applied to it, which ensures the maximum tension of the elastic tape, while the exercises are performed in 5 sets, each exercise 10 times in one set; speed exercises, performed at the maximum pace, while the athletes hold the tape by the red marks on it, which ensures its minimum tension, the exercises are performed in 5 sets, 30 times in one set; speed-strength training, when the maximum tension of the elastic tape is combined with the maximum tempo, while the athletes hold the tape in the area of the white marks, the exercises are performed in 5 sets, each exercise 20 times in one set. All exercises are performed sequentially: for the muscles of the arms, trunk and legs. The specified set of exercises with elastic bands is performed throughout the playing season, from May to October. Within a month, for 3 weeks, athletes perform exercises with elastic bands for the development of strength, speed and speed-strength training, while during each week a set of exercises is performed at the end of a training session. On the 4th week, on Tuesday and Thursday, they perform exercises for speed-strength training.
EFFECT: method provides improved strength of muscles of the arms, trunk and legs, speed and speed-strength training of movements of athletes, technical training in ball handling, as well as acceleration of recovery of athletes' working capacity and increased adaptation to significant physical activity.
