FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports medicine, physical education and sports, concerns use of test effects on body for purpose of studying different physiological processes in it, for assessing functional and physical state of individual organs and body parts. Speed and power capacity of ankle apparatus (SSSGA) is determined by measuring height of vertical jump and length of horizontal jump. Vertical jump is performed in three attempts using fly hand movements and repulsion two feet simultaneously fixed knee joints. Horizontal jump is performed in three attempts using fly hand movements and repulsion two feet simultaneously fixed knee joints. For fixing knee joints retainer is used in form of cylinder to create rigidity of knee joint by coverage of rear part of hip and gastrocnemius muscles, for which there are two belts on retainer: on upper part of retainer for attachment to hip and on lower part for attachment to gastrocnemius muscle. SSSGA is calculated by formula, cm: ( H 1 + H 2 + H 3 ) : 3 + ( L 1 + L 2 + L 3 ) : 3 2 , where H1, H2, H3 denote height of vertical jump, cm, L1, L2, L3 denote length of horizontal jump, cm. To determine SSSGA device is used, consisting of a platform, on which there is attachment with two slots with said flexible measuring tape. On one end of tape is attached belt for attachment to belt test. Other end of tape freely extends along platform. On platform there are two lines of repulsion, where line passing through centre of attachment, is intended for repulsion when performing vertical jump while applied on platform at a distance from centre of attachment in accordance with length of tested foot is intended for repulsion when performing horizontal jump.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides rapid and objective determination of SSSGA, high information value, more detailed evaluation of this link of locomotor apparatus.
