FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dentistry and it can be applied for splinting of mobile prostheses degree I-II. The treated teeth and their antagonists are moulded to cast a pattern. The pattern is used to model a photo composite splint prototype. A splint is modelled of a zirconium dioxide piece. The zirconium dioxide piece is burned to agglomerate in a furnace for 13 hours. The splint is moulded by using an air-turbine handpiece and a water-cooled diamond dental drill, provided the distance of the splint edge turned to a dental cervix to a marginal edge of a gum is not less than 3 mm, to a cutting edge - 1-2 mm, thus the splint thickness should be not less than 0.3 mm. An internal surface of the splint is processed by an air sand blower with using aluminium oxide. The splint is fixed with a double-timed hardening composite.
EFFECT: method allows creating a rugged and durable high-adherent structure.
