FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedic dentistry, and is intended for use in stabilization of tooth mobility and for replacement of dentition defects. Professional oral hygiene of the patient is performed. Optical impression of oral clinical situation is obtained. Impression is recognized in computer program of CAD\CAM system. Tooth bus is simulated on obtained image, which is located on lingual or palatal surfaces of all available teeth, overlapping at 1 mm clinical equators of teeth, so that its lower border passes in 1.5 mm from marginal gingival edge and comprises artificial dental facets. In case of absence of natural teeth artificial facets are connected to bus monolithically and tightly adjoined to clinical equators, limiting the defect by means of point contact. Then modelled bus is milled of monolithic block of zirconium oxide, it is ground, polished and fixed in patient's oral cavity on dental cement of double hardening. In case of subsequent loss of teeth removed teeth are substituted with artificial facets on saved computer model without repeated reception of patient and changed structure is milled, ground, polished and fixed in oral cavity on dental cement of double hardening.
EFFECT: method enables making adhesive dental bus with included artificial facings fit with high accuracy, identical to clinical situation.
