FIELD: fire-fighting equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire prevention and is intended for use in automatic fire extinguishing systems by generating: high expansion foam in a smoke room by blocking quick-burning products with high expansion foam. Foam generator housing is designed as a cylindrical shell with circular ribs at the edges. Ribs shaped oncowling as circles with hemispherical profile. Housing is mounted on two horizontal support bars with bolt holes. On the one hand of the body foam solution dispenser is attached through at least three spokes, located on forming a truncated conical surface, axisymmetric and coaxial cylindrical shell. The large base of the conical surface is base of cylindrical shell casing. Smaller base is foam solution dispenser shaped like a coaxial to toroidal surface of cylindrical housing shell coupled with a vertically positioned relative to the horizontal bars inlet pipe with a flange at one end and a plug at the other. Input pipeline divides toroidal surface into two symmetrical parts. Perpendicular to the inlet pipeline and coaxial horizontal axis of the toroidal surface of the dispenser there is an additional pipeline with plugs on both ends, fitting into the inner contour of the toroidal surface of the dispenser. Diametre of the inner holes of the toroidal surface and the input and additional pipelines are equal. Holes are interconnected. The internal holes of the toroidal surface. Input and additional pipelines are connected by a cylindrical shell casing and parallel to its axis bends: the truncated, medium and long. Bends end with a special nozzle, oriented to the guide, which consists of internal and external generating grids. Grids are shaped as concentric truncated conical surfaces having one common base as the first rigid ring of round profile. The ring is connected by at least three spokes located on the outer layer forming a truncated conical surface, with one of the bases of a cylindrical shell housing. Internal Generation grid has a second rigid ring round profile, coupled with the first rigid ring by at least three spokes and is located in front of the base of cylindrical shell casing from the side opposite the dispenser. Spokes are on the generators of the internal truncated conical surface. Each of the spray nozzle comprises a housing with a screw and fitting with a cylindrical hole diffuser and gasket. The screw is pressed into the body to form a conical chamber. The outer surface of the screw is at least single-thread spiral groove on the right or the left-hand thread. Screw of the nozzle is made of solid materials: tungsten carbide, ruby or sapphire.
