FIELD: fire-fighting equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire prevention and is intended for use in automatic fire extinguishing systems by generating polydisperse foam of high expansion rate in a smoke room by blocking quick-burning products with high expansion polydisperse foam. The foam generator housing is designed as a prismatic shell. On the one side of the body dispenser of foam solution is attached, which is designed as a vertically paced to at least one inlet pipe with the supporting network and flanges to connect to a system of fire extinguishing foam concentrate liquid solution. Perpendicular to the inlet pipeline tightly associated with it for at least two additional pipe with caps on both ends are horizontally placed. Foam solution dispenser fits the inner contour of the shell. Diametre of the inner holes of input and additional pipelines are equal. Holes are interconnected. Internal input holes and additional pipelines holes are bends connected from the side with cowlings corps; bends are parallel to cowling axis. Bends are shortened, midrange and long ending with atomizers oriented to guides reticular device. Reticular device consists of three concentric, coaxial pyramidal shells in the form of generating grids: the outer, middle and inner. Each of the shells contains a wireframe of the two base shaped as square and the side edges shaped as truncated pyramid surface. Outer shell is attached to the body with a large base. A second smaller base is also a large base of intermediate shell with the side edges. Its smaller base is both a large base of inner shell with a smaller base. Generating grid as truncated pyramidal surfaces located so that all vertices lie on axis coinciding with housing axis. The direction of the vertices of external and internal generation of grids is the same. The top of the intermediate-generating grid direction is opposite to the vertices of the external and internal generation of grids in the direction of the foam solution distributor. Each nozzle includes a housing with a screw and fitting with a cylindrical hole diffuser and gasket. The screw is pressed into the body to form a conical chamber. The outer surface of the screw is at least single-thread spiral groove with a right or the left-hand thread. Screw of nozzle is made of solid materials: tungsten carbide, ruby or sapphire.

EFFECT: improving the efficiency of spraying fire-extinguishing foam concentrate liquid solution (high expansion polydisperse foam).
