SUBSTANCE: invention relates to floating facilities, primarily to small submarines, for example for fish protection. Proposed facility comprises hull, rudder, propulsor, periscope, engine, engine control device to float at periscope depth, devices to control floatability, stability and draft. It comprises also suspended ballast arranged on rope end to be downed onto bottom and, at positive residual floatability, to down floating facility, keep it fixed still "in ambush" and run it at depth.

EFFECT: observation of visible space from covered floating facility, slow patrolling at periscope depth.
