SUBSTANCE: values are selected from the resultant signal of the product of results of direct Fourier transformation of a first signal and complex conjugate values of results of direct Fourier transformation of a second signal Pj and signals Mk, j=0,1,…,2n-1+1; m=2,3,…,2n-1+1; k = 0,1,…, m-1 are formed in accordance with the expression The obtained Mk signals undergo inverse Fourier transformation Zk = F-1[Mk]. A frequency-time correlation function where ti∈[tmin, tmax]; fk∈[fmin, fmax]; fd is sampling frequency of the signal is determined from results of inverse Fourier transformation. A curve of the frequency-time correlation function rl2(f,t) is plotted using the obtained results, from which correlation of harmonic components of signals at different frequencies is determined.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of analysing correlation of signals in the frequency domain.
