FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics. Osteotomy of iliac bone from anterior-lower spine to greater sciatic notch is carried out. Acetabular fragment is rotated outwards, anteriorly. After rotation of acetabular fragment cranially displaced is distal fragment of pelvis with going of fragments one behind the other with their fixation by means of Kirchner spokes.
EFFECT: method allows to eliminate joint compression.
