FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Open reposition of fragments of radial bone head is performed through skin cut, which is started from the side of external epicondyle of humerus and is led obliquely downward and inwards, cut is continued downward more laterally than medial line, after that it is continued through projection of radioulnar joint, deviated to medial side, crossing base of ulnar process, after that it is continued downwards along ulnar bone. After reposition osteosynthesis of forearm bones is performed by apparatus of external fixation, which consists of pin with stop, anti-stop pins, paired stop semi-rings with pin-fixers, collet fixer, threaded rod, brackets, case, screw cap, blocker. Through radial bone head pin with stop is introduced into its diaphysis. Through upper third of radial bone diaphysis two anti-stop pins are passed parallel to each other. Each pin is fixed in paired anti-stop semi-rings with pin-fixers. Pin, which was passed through radial bone head into its diaphysis, is fixed in collet fixer. By means of brackets thread rod is connected with paired support semi-rings with pin-fixers, and after that with case. By rotation of screw cap compression between fragments is performed, achieved position is fixed by stops.
EFFECT: method ensures anatomical restoration of elbow joint, holding fragments in correct position and state of constant unilateral compression for the whole period of treatment, possibility to perform early movements in joint, reduction of post-operational complications, reduction of treatment terms.
