SUBSTANCE: bone fragments are reduced and fixed with transosseous pins supported by compressive-destructive apparatus followed by compression conditions are formed between reduced fractures. Apophyseal fragment of humerus if fixed minimum with two pins, one of them is installed through fragment centre perpendicularly to fracture plane, and another one is installed as bracket to upper pole of apophysis in frontal plane 30-40° angularly to the first pin Support is installed at metadiaphysis level 35-40° angularly to longitudinal axis of humerus within sagittal plane.
EFFECT: stable fixation; reliable consolidation of apophyseal fragment of humerus; elimination of postoperative complications; reduced trauma of articular and juxta-articular tissues.
